Didn't turn out exactly how I planned, but I have fond memories of some funny moments in this story. Short and sweet, perhaps in need of just a little TLC. But the readers aren't the only ones that go back every month or so to reread. I'm happily guilty myself.
Roy teams up with Edward to pull off the most dangerous mission to date... Roy's mother, in order to cover up a lie Roy told her. It's just acting though, right? Pretending to be engaged is just another mission. So why is it becoming so personal?

Just in need of some typo corrections here and there. I am absurdly attached to this story. It was definitely some work to write, but it was fun. Sequel is in the works! First story of mine to be officially granted an upcoming sequel.
Edward is framed for stealing and selling military secrets. Roy has no choice but to imprison Ed. With Riza's help Ed escapes, and must find a way to clear his name and win Roy's heart while evading bounty hunters and the military.

I got a request from a reader one morning asking for a different ending to the show, with Roy finding Ed being stabbed. This is what came of it.
Roy makes it just in time to see Edward's death by Envy, and takes matters into his own hands. Including the matter of fate of a certain fallen alchemist.
